Current comic book project
A Supernatural Action/Comedy story inspired by webcomics and Japanese manga
I'm a Brazilian comic book artist currently living in Calgary, Alberta.Inspired by webcomics and Japanese manga, I always try to capture the essence of 2000's cartoons, with sharp line-art and vibrant colors. As a comic book artist, the main themes I focus on are the bonds and connections we make with each other, especially regarding found families—those we choose, not just those we're born into. My work explores various types of relationships, highlighting the emotions, challenges, and special moments that define how we interact.Using mainly digital art to create illustrations and bring these characters to life through self-published books, both me and the readers have been given the chance to grow alongside these characters and experience how far they've come.I have participated in various events throughout the years, reaching new audiences and showcasing my comic book work, as well as merchandise like stickers, posters and keychains.I've been working as a full-time comic book artist since 2015, when I started publishing my first series Go to Hell, before moving to Canada in 2024. As a newcomer to Canada, I’m excited to experience all that Canada has to offer its creative community and contribute to this community myself. As an independent author, I play multiple crucial roles within the publishing process, from writer to editor to illustrator, and all the steps in between. I am always trying to learn new things along this artistic process. One of my main goals as an artist is to reach and inspire young readers the same way that I was inspired at that age.Currently I’m working on book 4 of my series, which has a planned release of late 2025.
